Small World presents Electric Gypsyland, a global dance party dedicated to the infectious grooves of Gypsy funk, dub and electronica. Tapping into the world of the hottest Balkan club scene, the event features one of Europe's hippest fusionists, DJ Dunkelbunt. Making his Canadian debut, expert spin meister Dunkelbunt is also a gifted pianist and electronica producer. Dub reggae, klezmer, jazz, and breakbeat are among the many colours in his palette of sound.   DUNKELBUNT BIO   Vienna, Austria based DJ & producer dunkelbunt has travelled Eastern Europe by bike to discover and collect different sounds and emotions. In his music traditional Balkan and Klezmer sounds meet reggae, dub and electronica.

Layali Arabesque (Arabesque Nights) offers a real Arabic nightclub experience at Myth. Dance to live traditional acoustic music by the Arabesque Orchestra led by Professor Bassam Bishara (Vocals, Oude), Suleiman Warwar (Lead Dumbek), George Barbas (Dhoholla), Sebastian Gatto (Katim), Walid Najjar (Keyboards) and Eddy Suleiman (Violin)!

Watch the featured dancer perform two 30-minute shows, one in Cabaret style and the other in Egyptian folklore style (Assaya, Shamadan, Khaleegy, Sword, Milaya, Saiidi, etc.).

Both the live music and the dancing are improvised.

In it's amazing 6th year, and finally in an actual ballroom, the
Bewitching Bellydance Ball is back, this year starring Roula Said,
back by popular demand.

The show's line-up includes Khizmet Bellydance, Sand Storm Studio,
Invoke-Tress, and many other amazing artists. We'll be including time
for mixing, mingling and dancing this year, so wear your partyingest
costume and prepare to do the mash!
